Policies and Procedures

Turn around time

Generally two weeks, one week if needed and possible
Digital crowns can always be completed faster than crowns from an impression
Call ahead and special accommodations will always be made if able

Bite registrations

Are useful for obvious circumstances
Are also useful for less obvious circumstances
In other words, it is better to have one and not need it, than the other way around

Pre-op scans and models

Are helpful to replicate contour for a crown to fit under a partial
Are helpful to establish occlusion/set bite
Are useful to communicate shade transitions and characterizations

Crowns under partials

Matching a preoperative scan is a great way to accomplish fit (there is no charge for this method)
Use impression/bite registration material to make a matrix of the clasping, rest(s), and/or framework. Then a duralay jig of the partial can be made from that
Do both of the above
Send the partial (last resort for convenience to patient)

Remakes

Regardless of reason, remakes are at no charge unless they become habitual

Pickups, deliveries and shipping

Local pickups and deliveries are at no charge
Shipping is covered one way
